September 2012

• September 28-30 - Homecoming Weekend:  All GMC alumni are invited back to campus to attend events throughout the weekend, including an all-alumni reunion and FallFest. Championship athletic teams and Griffin Hall of Fame nominees will also be commended with a special tribute.

November 2012

• 25^th and 50^th Reunion Mass and Luncheon:  The classes of 1987 and 1962 will be our honored guests as we celebrate 25 and 50 years of devotion to Gwynedd-Mercy College.

Important Announcements

For the second year in a row, Janet Steiner, our board member who works in Government Relations at Comcast Cable, has helped feature Campus Ministry’s Alternative Spring Break (ASB) trip on “Comcast Newsmakers.” For nine years, ASB has given students the opportunity to travel around the country and work directly with those who are less fortunate.

Alumni Association Board Nominations

The Office of Alumni Relations is currently accepting nominations for the 2012-2013 Alumni Association Board. Nominees must be an active member of the GMC Alumni Association, able to attend quarterly meetings, willing to participate on a subcommittee, and interested in enhancing and promoting activities for alumni. Please submit nominations to the Office of Alumni Relations at quinn.g@gmc.edu or 215-641-5554. All nominations will be reviewed and decided upon by the current Alumni Association Board and its governance.
