Due Dates and Statement Information
Payment for Fall 2012 is due in full by August 24, 2012. Payment for Spring 2013 is due on January 9, 2013
Statements
Statements for Fall 2012 will be available beginning July 16,2012. The College no longer sends statements via the U.S. postal service. If someone other than yourself, for example, your parents are paying your bill then it is your responsibility to provide a copy of your billing statement and coordinate payment. You can add an authorized user to your account through self-service so that they may view your balance and pay invoices.
Statements will be updated on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month to reflect payments, financial aid disbursetments and adjustments.
You can access your billing statement(s) through Self-Service. Once you have successfully logged into your Self-Service account click on the “Finances” tab, then click “statement”, then select View. You must have an active GMC student account to access Self-Service. For assistance with your Self-Service account, please contact the Service Desk at extension 444.
Payments
Payments are accepted by mail, phone, walk-ins or online (Self-Service). Gwynedd-Mercy College accepts cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards. . Make all checks/money orders payable to Gwynedd-Mercy College. The Bursar’s office will honor Master Card and VISA with a minimum payment of $20.00. You may pay online with a credit card or an ACH (online check).
