Please include:

    a. Official transcripts from ALL colleges and universities attended
    b. Two letters of reference (the Reference Report can be downloaded from the website here - be sure to print out two copies for two separate references)
    c. A minimum 1-page typed personal statement discussing your professional and academic goals and the relationship of these goals to your enrollment in this graduate program.

All students who DO NOT hold a valid Instructional I Certification, or School Counseling Certification, are required to take the PPST's (Pre-Professional Skills Tests) prior to being accepted into a program. For more information, go to www.ets.org/praxis.

*ALL EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION AND READING STUDENTS MUST ATTACH A COPY OF THEIR TEACHING CERTIFICATION TO APPLICATION.
