Master of Science in Nursing - Clinical Nurse Specialist Program (Adult with Gerontology)
The Clinical Nurse Specialist program Adult with Gerontology teaches expert care of individuals, families, and communities. This rigorous and rewarding program has students devote 500 hours to precepted clinical and role specialty practice in areas such as ambulatory care, acute care, rehabilitation, and long-term care settings. Given the University’s advantageous location in Philadelphia, students can complete their clinical rotations in the metropolitan area or sites in the tri-state region. Graduates of the Clinical Nurse Specialist Program are qualified for positions as clinicians, educators, nurse managers, and researchers in a diversity of settings.
