Carol Breslin, Ph.D.
Carol Breslin is professor of English and director of the Honors Program at Gwynedd-Mercy College. Her research interests focus on Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales, especially those that reflect on issues of justice and law; women in medieval literature; and the life and work of the twentieth-century author and humanitarian Pearl S. Buck. Her recent publications include essays on Chaucer’s “Miller’s Tale,” The Letters of Heloise and Abelard, Julian of Norwich, and a forthcoming article on archetypal myth and symbol in Pearl S. Buck’s The Good Earth.
