Qualifications:                       

Masters degree in Library Science or Library & Information Science from an institution accredited by the American Library Association and a successful record of progressively responsible administrative positions in academic libraries.  Experience in budget development and implementation.  Ability to interact effectively and professionally with others; ability to lead and motivate others.  Willingness to commit to the mission and values of Gwynedd-Mercy College is imperative.
