Gwynedd-Mercy College has both indoor and outdoor recreational facilities on its 160 acre suburban campus. The Griffin Center is our sports complex and houses a full-length basketball court, training and rehabilitation room, aerobic studio and racquetball courts. Step out of the complex to enjoy our tennis and basketball courts as well as our baseball, softball and soccer fields.

Pricing:
Gymnasium: For recreation activities such as playing basketball, dances and concerts, the cost is $150 per hour or $1,000 a day (includes use of locker rooms and showers). For special events such as a business expo or graduation, the cost is $5,000 for the day (including carpeting) and $1,000 for each additional day. Chair set-up is $300. The aerobics room has a capacity of 30 people and the cost is $25 per hour or $150 per day.

Genuardi Pavilion:
$300
The Pavilion is available for rental from May – September between the hours of noon and 8 p.m. Facilities at your disposal include the picnic pavilion, barbecue grills, bathhouse and outdoor basketball courts. The above pavilion facilities is $300 per day.

Policies:
1. A certificate of insurance is required unless waived by the College.
2. Insurance regulations prohibit the serving of alcoholic beverages.
3. No parking on the grass.

Procedure:
Request for the use of the pavilion must be received two months prior to the desired date along with a $100 non-refundable confirmation fee which is applicable to the total bill. The balance is due net 30 days. The College reserves the right to charge for parking, security, damage to campus property and janitorial services. Picnickers are responsible for cleaning the picnic area before departure.
